HVAC Sales Manager

Strictly Mechanical is currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our Conyers, GA office.

The Sales Manager is responsible for being one of the primary contact/liaisons between the Strictly Mechanical Service Department and the customer. This person would be responsible for taking a leading role in the sale of planned service agreements at the customers location and increase market penetration while ensuring accurate invoicing. The Sales Manager must be knowledgeable when it comes to determining customers’ needs as well as he or she must be able to determine the most cost-effective and sellable solution. They also must be knowledgeable in identifying different methods of successfully identifying and securing new business.

Qualified candidates will have:
· A High School diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED).
· A 4-year college degree from an accredited university plus 3 – 5 years of sales experience, or 10 years of proven success as a sales manager or sales representative.
· Previous HVAC sales experience is highly desirable, but not required.

The following are some of the duties which may be required of you as a Sales Manager. Duties are assigned based on the requirements of the job and not all may be applicable.
· Perform outside sales activities, including traveling as required with an occasional overnight stay.
· Prepare estimates for equipment, materials, projects, and services, and present this proposal to the customer.
· Work closely with customers to determine cost-effectiveness and return on investment calculations based on preliminary site reviews and analysis of a project.
· Follow up with internal and external contacts in a timely manner.
· Conduct post-sale follow-ups with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been accomplished and customers are satisfied with all aspects of the transactions.
· Facilitate on-time completion within budget in accordance with specified requirements of the project scope stipulated in the approval proposal.
· Develop a relationship with vendors and general contractors to partner with our company on other projects.
· Maintain and improve sales skills, HVAC systems awareness, and industry knowledge through self-study, product seminars, company-wide training, and self-improvement courses.
